Our Structure
Arial operates as a principal lender, structuring and originating loans secured against property across London and the South of England. Alongside our own capital, we partner with a network of experienced private Funders who participate in individual lending opportunities.
Arial commits its own capital into every transaction we originate which sets us apart from many capital providers in our space who operate purely as intermediaries deploying third-party capital. Our funds sit alongside those of our investment partners, ensuring that we have genuine “skin in the game” throughout the life of the loan.
We welcome Funders to participate in loans on a deal-by-deal basis, allowing them to select opportunities that suit their investment preferences. In every case, our funders occupy the most senior position in the capital stack, with Arial’s capital subordinated beneath them. This structure ensures that investor interests remain protected while maintaining strong alignment between all parties.
